Dr. Yu founded our Group in March 2015 and is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He has been an director and the general manager of NewMed Taiwei, our wholly-owned subsidiary, since December 2016. He is primarily responsible for the overall strategic planning and decision-making, execution, operation, and management of our Group.

Dr. Yu has more than 18 years of experience in the research and development of medical apparatuses. Prior to founding our Group, he worked in a number of medical device companies and was in charge of product research and development.

Dr. Yu obtained his bachelor's degree in metal materials and heat treatment, and completed his master's degree in biomedical engineering at Sichuan University. He further obtained his doctorate degree in business administration at United Business Institutes in Belgium.
