Mr. Qin founded our Group and is an Director and the Chief Operating Officer. He is primarily responsible for the overall operation, management and clinical affairs of our Group.
Mr. Qin has more than 28 years of experience in the clinical cardiology field. Before joining the group, Mr. Qin worked at the People's Liberation Army of the PRC, served as an attending physician and lecturer at Xijing Hospital, the Fourth Military Medical University and served as a clinical director of domestic innovative medical device company.
Mr. Qin obtained his bachelor's degree in clinical medicine and master's degree in internal medicine from the Fourth Military Medical University.
